Minitube for YouTube App Reviews

So far after one day fully viewing videos thru minitube was good and the video quality came thru cleanly. I was using Mactubes Version 3.1.6 to view youtube videos, but due to the change of the new youtube apis, Mactubes Version 3.1.6 no longer works. Very Disappointed! Hopefully Minitube implements some of cool the features from Mactubes Version 3.1.6 to give the downlaod option and to better custom playlists which I preferred. Keep up the good works Flavio Tordini!

Used this on other platforms to download videos from YouTube, and it was fine, but apparently the Mac App Store version only lets you stream videos. It should have been made clear that youre paying 9 dollars for what you can do in a web browser anyhow. Buy it from his website instead, where it has the one function youd actually want from a YouTube app. The App Store version is broken, as far as Im concerned.

Thanks for this cool update. But old UI was better because was for MAC OSX Maverics and I using Mavericks and not that ugly Yosemite.

I like this app. Nice to have a simple app to watch video while I’m working on my Mac.
